Case Studies

The Brookfield Group – Pocklington

This service station has seen a two million pound investment and was officially re-opened by the chairman of Petrol Retailers’ Association Brian Madderson; also the local mayor, councilor, town crier and representatives from the Shell group.

The site features a Subway, a custom built Costa Coffee area with 2 machines and a grab and go section, a Fresh Bake bakery and also amenities such as a free cash machine and car valeting station to this NISA branded site.

Retail design consultant, Gareth Lowry advised the team of the most suitable and up to date product choices for the project. Stand out products included the Arneg Lisbona and the Arneg Brema, both the finest choices in terms of refrigeration. The refrigeration was complimented with the use of Arneg AMX 35 shelving.

Many other modern features were added to enhance the site such as ceiling rafts over key areas with focused down lighting, particular attention was paid to the color schemes to amalgamate the whole site and the Jordon Group worked closely with NISA to deliver their new “Store of the future” specification.

The team worked round the clock to ensure that the project was completed on time and within budget, resulting in an excellent example of a project tailor-made to enhance the customer experience.

“This project has worked fantastically from start to finish. We knew we could trust Jordon’s to do this big project as we’ve worked with them so many times in the past and they didn’t let us down. We’re so happy with it and we’re sure the customers will love it too.” - Raj
