Euro Garages was founded in 2001 and is one of the UK’s largest privately owned forecourt operators with over 80 sites located in the North of England and Midlands. They have a turnover of £285m and 1,000 employees. Its rate of growth has been recognised by numerous awards, including the Sunday Times Fast Track and Real Business Hot 100 league tables of fastest-growing privately owned companies. Their portfolio includes BP forecourts, Spar convenience stores, a leading coffee brand, Subway, Burger King & Greggs.
To add to their success, Euro Garages have just opened the doors to their new development at Bolton West / Rivington Services on the M61. After gaining the green light from Chorley Borough Council in 2010 to refurbish the existing northbound and southbound services, Euro Garages took the decision to completely rebuild both sites. The services were in very poor repair due to a fire on the southbound area in 2010, and only provided a portaloo and a petrol station. Being long standing clients of The Jordon Group, Euro Garages knew they could trust only one shopfitting company to deliver the expertise they required, on time and within budget.
The modern sites now include restaurants, a new forecourt, a well stocked convenience store, games area, toilet, changing facilities and prayer room. Serving weary drivers with a well deserved break at their convenience the site features a Burger King, Starbucks, Subway, Spa and a BP Petroleum Forecourt.
Here at The Jordon Group we are extremely proud to be the exclusive developers of this huge project which has been nominated for an RAC Cooling Industry award 2011. We would like to offer our congratulations and best wishes to Euro Garages for continued success.
