Jordon 1965

Founded in 1965 by Edward Jordon, the Jordon Group formerly known as E Jordon (Refrigeration) Ltd have established themselves nationally as leading specialists in the shopfitting, refrigeration & air-conditioning industry. Since our rapid expansion over the years, our main priority is to maintain the same friendly and personal reputation that we have proudly built since our infancy..

The business has seen many changes over the years, from staff members to going digital, office changes to surviving harsh economic times, but one thing remains the same we’re still ‘old enough to know, large enough to cope and small enough to care.’
But let us tell you a bit more about our story so far.

In 1965, founded by the late Edward Jordon, E Jordon (Refrigeration) Ltd was established at the old cooperative building on Mough Lane in Chadderton, Oldham.

In the year of 1966 Paul Edward Jordon was born, the latest edition to the Jordon family.
The following year, Edward Jordon makes his inaugural exhibition in Manchester.

In 1971, Edward Jordon travelled to Italy to meet with Arneg, thus a very strong relationship is cemented between the two refrigeration specialists. After hard work, in 1985, Paul Jordon qualifies with distinction and is employed as a full time refrigeration engineer.

By 1990, the company has seen a significant growth in size, and now employs 28 staff including engineers, joiners, sales and administration.
